Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team at E-talentnetwork. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct screenings to identify voice or speech disorders and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements
  • SLP License
  • Updated Resume
  • BLS by AHA
  • Covid-19 Vaccination card
