On our Tele, Ortho, Bariatric, and Oncology Med Surg Units, you will find:
- Lowest RN: Patient Ratios in the greater Seacoast area
- Pharmacist on the units
- Designated clinical educators
- Inpatient clinical coaches
- Day/Night Clinical practice leader
- Resource RN with minimal patient assignments
- Designated LNA's per shift

Job DutiesAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Appropriately assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Following policies/procedures, clinical practice standards pertinent to care, including emergency situations
- MATCHING formal knowledge with clinical events to make decisions
- Demonstrating the ability to provide competent, effective care
- Seeking validation for clinical decisions, integrating input from other clinicians for decision making
- Prioritizing and organizing work appropriately to effectively meet patient needs
- Appropriately delegating to and supervising team members based on assessment of competencies, within scope of practice to ensure appropriate implementation of care
- Collaborating & communicating relevant patient data to appropriate persons clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing (e.g. handoffs)
- Effectively developing teaching plan and regularly integrating teaching into patient care
