Job Overview

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Fire Alarm Installation Tech to join our team at Jobot. As a Fire Alarm Installation Tech, you will be responsible for the physical and operational installation of low voltage systems, including fire alarm, access control, CCTV, nurse call, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and test low voltage systems to ensure they meet industry standards and company requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external customers, including commercial facilities, entertainment venues, and places of worship.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, such as salespersons and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical support and training to lower-level technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in low voltage systems.

Requirements:

  • NICET Level I - Fire Alarm Systems certification.
  • 1-3 years of installation experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and parts manuals.
  • Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
