We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This on-site role offers a unique opportunity for collaboration and growth within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The successful candidate will provide primary support to leadership by integrating operations and deliverables, including Operating Rhythm, Organization Optimization, and Metrics management (Key Performance Indicators).

Job Summary:

This key role is responsible for leading strategic discussions with executive partners, performing data analysis related to key metrics and initiatives, and ensuring effective communication among business operations, program management, and functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, communicate strategies, and operational frameworks for executive teams.
  • Collaborate on strategic discussions, engage in data-driven decision-making, and prepare presentation materials for executive levels.
  • Lead the gathering, analysis, interpretation, and development of business requirements for assigned projects.
  • Ensure process alignment, verify organizational activities align with processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Manage meeting efficiency, track action items, and follow up on their completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, detect potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and refine business cases.
  • Prepare reports for senior executives, present updates on program health, obstacles, and requirements to JV partners monthly.
  • Coordinate stakeholder commitments, align commitments with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic objectives.
  • Drive data and reporting management system improvement, lead analysis, implementation, and continuous enhancement of management systems and processes.
  • Lead special projects, oversee project coordination, implementation, and execution on behalf of leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Business management experience, focusing on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Extensive relationship management experience, developing strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Leadership experience in business planning, managing complex topics, and providing actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote). Essential Skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Salary Range Transparency: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
