What is a UPS Driver Helper?

A Driver Helper is a position where you'll accompany a Package Delivery Driver in our iconic brown trucks and assist in delivering packages of various sizes. You'll be in and out of the truck, making deliveries and greeting customers. This role requires flexibility, with work assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability. When you're assigned work, you'll be provided with a meet point where the driver will pick you up.

This seasonal role offers a unique blend of hard work and festive atmosphere during the busiest time of the year. To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • To be picked up by your Package Delivery Driver at a designated location and work together to complete multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned route.
  • The ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Enjoy working outdoors.
  • Have stamina for physical activity.
  • Have a valid right to work in the U.S.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Be reliable and responsible.
  • No prior experience is necessary.
  • A pair of sturdy work boots.
