We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care services in Keene and surrounding towns in New Hampshire.

This opportunity offers flexible schedules, 1:1 care, and a great work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for following a designated care plan in accordance with patients' needs, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, and performing assigned duties such as administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

You will also monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, follow up with and execute doctors' orders, perform client assessments as necessary, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
