Job Summary

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct functional behavior assessments and educational assessments to identify the function of challenging behavior and socially valid behaviors to target.
  2. Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans that address the needs and abilities of students.
  3. Collaborate with school staff to ensure treatment integrity and support professional growth.
  4. Investigate concerns and provide coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate.
  5. Determine prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods.
  6. Collect, analyze, and report data and other documentation within established time frames.
Requirements
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools.
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred.
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
