At SP6, we're on a mission to revolutionize the sales landscape with our cutting-edge CMMC compliance platform. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Qualify and develop inbound leads and advance business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of SP6's and Splunk's offerings, as well as additional software solutions.
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Sales Account Executives to further qualify and manage sales opportunities.
  • Create a pipeline for your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to provide valuable insights into business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
  • 6+ months of experience in a business development role.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus.
