Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Internal Medicine team at Emory Healthcare.

About the Role

This is a Medium-Heavy physical requirement position with potential for Blood-borne pathogen exposure, Bio-hazardous waste, and Communicable diseases. You will work in an indoor/outdoor environment with potential Hot/Cold Temperatures and Shift work.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive care to a wide variety of patients with complex medical needs, utilizing the Synergy Model for personalized care.
  2. Serve as a resource to colleagues and advocate for patients.
  3. Apply acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board.
  • BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
