Job Summary:

Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Norwalk, CT, and will report directly to our regional manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with special needs in an elementary school setting.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Conduct assessments, create data-driven reports, and make recommendations for student progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in applied behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice.
  • 1 year of verifiable experience as a BCBA within the last 3 years.
