Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a highly skilled CVOR Technologist to join our dedicated team in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the OR Service Leader in ensuring unit compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a resource and liaison for the CVOR team, providing therapeutic care in a holistic environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
  • Oversee the provision of care, analyzing data and improving processes continuously.
Requirements
  • Certification: Basic Life Support, Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C).
  • Registration: Eligible for Surgical Technologist registration via Commonwealth of Virginia at time of hire.
  • Experience: 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience in cardiac surgery.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
