Academic Mentor

The estimated hourly compensation for this position is $15-$20.

We are seeking an Academic Mentor to join our team. As a valued member, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized instruction and guidance to students in a small group setting.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students, promoting their academic growth and confidence.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration with students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance instructional strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; teaching certification desired but not necessary.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust scheduling as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

• Competitive hourly rate of $16-$18, depending on experience.
