Job Overview

Dale Howard Auto Center is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Listen to customers' concerns, determine the type of service required, and prepare repair orders.
  • Estimate additional costs and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
  • Advise customers on available services and promote sales.
  • Ensure proper handling of service customers, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with the Parts Department.
Requirements
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a dealership or service facility position preferred.
  • General knowledge of mechanical operations and ASE certification preferred.
  • Sales experience and valid driver's license also preferred.
Work Environment

The Service Advisor will work in a fast-paced dealership environment, interacting with customers, technicians, and other staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional appearance.
