We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at Mid South Rehab Services, Inc. in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and a current unrestricted professional license to practice. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities, as well as strong communication skills.

As a Clinical Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in our state-of-the-art facilities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various speech disorders.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients through one-on-one sessions, group therapy, and teletherapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Current unrestricted professional license to practice.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is $35-$46 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a relocation payment and a competitive benefits package.
