We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare in Port Orchard, WA.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient needs, incorporating exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication with healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and achieve the best possible results.
- Stay abreast of advances in physical therapy treatments and techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure in Washington as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, with a focus on outpatient physical therapy.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
