Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Supervisor to join our team at Luminis Health. This role involves supervising staff, providing expert clinical knowledge and skills, and promoting high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise staff and provide guidance on patient care, management, and operations
  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and improving processes to achieve excellence in quality standards and benchmarks
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to analyze and resolve problems, improve patient care delivery, and promote evidence-based practice
  • Develop and implement plans for patient care, including prioritization, organization, and reprioritization as needed
  • Provide education and precepting to new staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong educational background, significant experience as a registered nurse in a specialty field, and relevant certifications. A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, while a master's degree is preferred. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

In terms of working conditions, you can expect to work in a medium environment, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. There is a reasonable expectation that employees in this position will be exposed to blood-borne pathogens.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on individual qualifications, experience, and other factors.
