About the Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring and reporting any changes in patient condition, and preparing treatment areas
• Assist with routine tasks such as weighing patients, recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

Requirements:
• Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
