Manufacturing Operations and Logistics Coordinator

This role involves overseeing dispensary/ISO8 area tasks, including kitting and material flow, inventory management, and other duties to support core functions.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate SAP/MES inventories are maintained for all components.
- Maintain Manufacturing Support areas in an 'audit ready' state.
- Clean and maintain equipment per governing SOP requirements.
- Elevate observed compliance or safety issues and support reconciliation of events.
- Be proficient in various operating systems, such as LIMS, SAP, MES, etc.
- Schedule monthly and annual cycle counts and participate in site/team projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and processing of materials.
- Evaluate inventory accuracy at GMP and non-GMP LN2 storage locations.
- Verify accurate SAP/MES inventories for all components.
- Properly segregate and store conditioned and ambient materials.
- Evaluate the Kanban system's accuracy and ensure materials are consumed according to FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Complete initial kits preparation for each shift and promptly respond to production requests for staging.
- Monitor staged kits for expired materials and use them before expiration.
- Supervise the maintenance of adequate levels of gowning materials in the ISO8 staging area.
- Ensure a sufficient supply of non-BOM items in the dispensary area.
- 1-3 years of experience in cGMP/FDA-regulated industries; warehouse experience is preferred.
- High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, along with problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently, be well-organized, flexible, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Lift up to 50 pounds, assisted.
- Handling chemicals like corrosives, solvents, and bio-hazardous materials.
The estimated salary range for this position is $24.67-$27.26 per hour, depending on experience.
