Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Love That Door. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our innovative home improvement solutions to homeowners and builders, and achieving individual sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Present our product offerings to customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead Generation and Follow-up: Proactively seek out new leads, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits, and participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client transactions, and deal pipelines using CRM software, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language and Communication Skills: Ability to read and analyze documents related to contracts and work documents, ability to write reports and business correspondence, and ability to verbally present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, and the general public.
  • Professional Skills: Must present a clean and neat physical appearance and strictly abide by company dress code, serving as a role model for other employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Reasoning Abilities: Ability to solve practical and arithmetic problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Physical Demands: While performing this job, the employee is required to drive an automobile frequently, stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers, to handle, or reach with hands and arms; and talk or actively listen to prospective customers.
