About the RoleThe Weekend Supervisor 7a-7p- RN/LPN will play a vital part in coordinating the nursing care of residents on the unit, working collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:- Directly supervise and evaluate the performance of CNAs and other staff members to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify potential health issues and intervene promptly to prevent complications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care coordination.
This role offers a highly competitive salary range of $68,000 - $82,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
