Job Overview:As the Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Internet Sales Associates, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless lead management. Your positive energy and leadership will help reinforce our brand's reputation for outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and dominate a team of Internet Sales Associates with dynamic leadership and drive their performance to the next level.
- Engage and convert high-value prospects through phone and email, schedule appointments, and follow up relentlessly to ensure every opportunity is closed.
- Master our cutting-edge CRM system (eLead) to build a powerful prospect pipeline and track customer interactions like a pro.
- Implement an effective owner follow-up system that fuels repeat business and boosts customer satisfaction scores through the roof.
- Seamlessly manage online leads and collaborate with Sales Management to deliver timely, accurate quotes and information.
- Represent Hanania Auto Group's Vision, Mission, and Values with every customer and team interaction, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
- 3+ years of experience in the retail automotive industry with a stellar track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Top-notch customer service, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling high call and email volumes, with proficiency in CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive sales training or management coursework is a bonus.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug test.
