The Human Resources Manager at KEDPLASMA LLC is responsible for the effective management of all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefits administration.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, employee relations, and benefits.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing plans.
  • Manage employee data, including personnel records, time-off requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment law, labor law, and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefit enrollment, and termination documents.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an Employee Relations role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor laws, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
