Job Summary

The Manufacturing Assembler is a key member of our production team, responsible for the assembly of complex mechanical and hydraulic equipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test mechanical and hydraulic equipment to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment as needed
  • Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic mechanical abilities and experience with hydraulic equipment an asset
  • Ability to work in a shop area and yard locations as needed
  • Valid driver's license and minimum insurance standards required
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
