As a Meat Clerk at Food City, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of perishable products.

* Rotate and stock perishable products to maintain optimal freshness and quality
* Package and wrap various cuts, salads, and other products to meet customer demands
* Learn about different cuts of beef and pork to provide expert knowledge to customers
* Assist in grinding fresh burger and adhering to the 18 hour grind policy
* Maintain a clean and organized cutting room and cooler area
