Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GTM Operations Manager to support our growing North American Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with key business functions including Channel, Marketing, Finance, and HR to drive operational excellence across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with the Sales leadership team to align on targets, performance, and strategic priorities.
  • Leverage sales data (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) to assess total addressable market (TAM), identify opportunities for growth, and optimize territory coverage - Provide actionable insights to support GTM and segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee and manage sales operations tools, dashboards, and reporting processes - Continuously assess and improve sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive efficiency and field acceleration.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other key functions to drive alignment on GTM strategies, segmentation, and pipeline management - Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the resources and insights they need to succeed.
  • Manage and optimize sales play programs to drive pipeline generation, including targeting whitespace accounts, under-penetrated markets, and renewals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce CRM, data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau), and business planning tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs.
  • A problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent military experience.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $127000 and $205500 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
