About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Tenpin. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience when visiting our entertainment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the unit management team in maintaining the cleanliness standards of our facilities.
• Enforce good Health and Safety procedures to protect staff, customers, and yourself.
• Conduct frequent toilet checks and sanitize areas throughout the premises.
• Strive to achieve the highest cleaning standards at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and adopt a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Lead by example and encourage colleagues to participate and work together.
• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Be approachable, helpful, and a strong team player.
• Be organized and able to multitask.
