About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
