About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our team at UniFirst First Aid + Safety. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert training and technical support to our team members on portable fire extinguishers and emergency lighting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train team members in various aspects of portable fire extinguisher and emergency lighting service and inspection.
  • Provide technical support to team members on these matters.
  • Conduct customer onsite audits and quoting for fire services.
  • Promote and demonstrate our fire-related products and services to customers.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA and NFPA codes by conducting regular inspections and providing necessary training.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • NPFA Extinguisher Certification/License is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in sales are preferred.
