Sales Director

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to join our team at Prairie Hills at Tipton. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for discovering sales motivations, building relationships, and closing deals.

In this role, you will interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore their new living options. You will present our community's lifestyle options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, and provide personalized care services tailored to meet their needs.

You will conduct community tours, host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in our community, and develop strategies to overcome objections and close sales.

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience
• Compassionate with an interest in working with seniors
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
• Expert at discovering prospects' sales motivations and needs
• Quick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objections
• Ability to close sales in person and over the phone
