Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Brockton Hospital team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related topics and disease management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One to two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Meditech experience preferred.
