About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Director to join our team at The Hain Celestial Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our plant engineering and maintenance group to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective capital planning strategies to ensure strong returns on investment
  • Oversee the maintenance of plant utility systems and components, including electricity, water, steam, gas, compressed air, warehouse coolers, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
  • Maintain property records, surveys, equipment history records, manuals, warranties, and maintenance/engineering resource materials
Requirements
  • Minimum ten years of experience in a Plant Engineering/Maintenance role or related capacity
  • Bachelors degree or higher in one or more relevant Engineering field(s), or equivalent knowledge with emphasis on mechanical, electrical, industrial, and civil engineering disciplines
Skills and Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of federal safety regulations and electrical codes
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, government regulations, and general business periodicals
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
