Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Controller in managing all aspects of financial reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and audits.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
