Midatlantic Employers' Association: Experienced Postform Fabricator Tech Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Postform Fabricator Tech to join our team at CounterTek, Inc. in Ephrata, PA. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary of $17.00 - $20.00/hr., based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:
  • Fabricate postform tops according to work orders
  • Interpret measurements and verify specifications
  • Pull blanks and caps, checking work order number and laminate color
  • Cut blanks to specifications on the postform saw
  • Apply build-up to areas required, glue to edges, and press glued-up caps
  • Trim caps with a laminate router, file top, sand bottom flush, and clean the tops
  • Prepare tops for assembled miter, gluing, T-bolting, and assembling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of verifiable production experience
  • Ability to read work orders, follow safety protocols, and work independently
  • Countertop fabrication experience; at least one (1) year experience
