Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, promoting health and well-being in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews, examinations, and reviews of medical histories to determine the best course of action.
  • Disease Diagnosis: Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify abnormal conditions.
  • Care Coordination: Develop and implement personalized patient management plans to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
  • An active, unrestricted license to practice in their state.
  • Current training in basic life support (CPR).

Salary and Benefits
