BOND Civil & Utility Construction is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the Superintendent and BOND management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and mentorship to field personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project quality and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project documents, punch lists, and changes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on project delivery, safety, and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
