Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Care Manager to provide exceptional dining and table services to our residents in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining proper dining room setup, assisting with training, and ensuring compliance with food service regulations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Serving as a Role Model: Provide outstanding dining service to our residents, setting the standard for excellence.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new team members, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Dining Room Setup: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our strict sanitation procedures.
- Special Events: Assist with planning and execution of special events, enhancing the overall resident experience.
- Quality Control: Monitor checklists and ensure the dining area meets our cleanliness and readiness standards.
- Food Handling: Handle all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
