Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Administrator to join our team at AA2IT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise-level HPE MSA Storage Infrastructure, SAN, and Backup environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and manage storage infrastructure, including storage and hosts zoning, storage provisioning, copy services, and masking * Configure and maintain continuous data protection for databases and critical systems * Review storage platforms and SAN switches software and firmware life cycles, and apply upgrades, fixes, and security patches * Monitor storage performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to ensure optimal throughput and reliability * Manage HPE MSA storage, including storage provisioning, replication, copy data management, and monitoring/alerting * Conduct storage capacity planning and forecasting to accommodate future growth and changing business requirements * Ensure appropriate storage mediums are controlled and accounted for in the inventory, and released to off-site processes and to on-site storage areas

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise-level HPE MSA Storage Infrastructure, SAN, and Backup environments * Certifications in Storage Networking and Enterprise Storage technology are a plus * Proven experience as a Storage Administrator with hands-on experience in managing HPE MSA or similar HPE storage solutions * Strong knowledge of ISCSI storage configuration and management, SAN network experience with Brocade Fabric Switches, and expertise on Storage & Backup Management Tasks * Ability to troubleshoot storage performance, connectivity issues, replication, and continuous data protection issues, and provide root cause analysis and support to other teams during issues
