Job Summary

Avports LLC is seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our Terminal Snow Removal Team as a Seasonal Terminal Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for performing snow removal duties in the airport parking lots and front sidewalk, as well as operating equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and Kubota tractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform snow removal duties in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate equipment such as front-end loaders, skid steers, and Kubota tractors
  • Inspect tools and equipment on a regular basis to ensure safety
  • Assist other work centers as needed to ensure timely completion of work projects
  • Perform a wide variety of other tasks necessary to maintain Airport facilities and grounds

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a 4-year High School or Vocational School
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools and an equipment operator background
  • 3 years experience of progressively responsible related skill

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in all types of weather
  • May be exposed to hazards of the trade
  • Required to work rotating shifts and/or overtime during extended snow events
