Marketing Director Job Description

Granite Edvance is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and develop innovative campaigns that align with our core values of Service Excellence, Community, Integrity, and Opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and budgets, leveraging deep knowledge of the market and key marketing strategies and tools.
  • Facilitate and oversee marketing activities that promote the Granite Edvance brand throughout New Hampshire and nationally.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing analytics reporting framework, utilizing social media, email campaigns, website traffic, and SEO/SEM data to inform marketing and communications goals.
  • Plan and create marketing materials, working with in-house Graphic Designer and other team members.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in creating and optimizing comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing and/or facilitating key aspects of the marketing function within a small or mid-sized organization, preferably in financial services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of common social media platforms and how to optimize pages and content for maximum engagement.
  • Familiarity with college admissions, financial aid, and other aspects of higher education and college access is a plus.
