Compensation Package

The Customer Partnership Director will receive an estimated salary of $73,000 per year, in addition to performance-based bonuses. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring and will be based on factors such as geographic location, skill set, experience, education, and licensure.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new agents and ensuring they understand our products and value propositions
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for agents during their onboarding process and beyond
  • Monitoring and managing agent performance to help them meet sales and service goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any agent issues or challenges
  • Analyzing agent performance data and recommending strategies for improvement
  • Developing and implementing agent training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents to ensure they feel supported and valued
  • Attending industry events and participating in outreach efforts to recruit and onboard new agents

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Prior agency ownership experience
  • A strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in working with agents
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
