**Job Title:** Behavioral Intervention Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing consultation, training, and behavioral interventions for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits.

 

**About the Role:**

In this position, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing support and training to school staff. You will also investigate concerns, provide coaching and disciplinary action when necessary, and collect and analyze data to ensure program validity and efficacy.

 

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess current BCBA certification from the BACB, a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, and at least one year of pediatric experience. You should also have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

 

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, and awards and recognition programs.
