Job Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Dean's Office in the School of Medicine at Emory University. This role involves preparing and monitoring budgets, managing office preparations, and maintaining calendars for executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor budgets and project proposals
  • Manage office preparations and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Review and respond to incoming correspondence
  • Assist in the administration and interpretation of policies and procedures
  • Supervise and schedule clerical and secretarial staff

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, and three years of office administration or senior secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Previous experience with various personal computer software applications is also required.
