This role is responsible for acquiring top talent for Fisher Auto Parts, a growing company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and a keen eye for reviewing resumes and conducting thorough interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• High-volume recruiting to ensure staffing levels are met and maintained for warehouse operations.
• Developing and implementing effective search strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
• Managing full-cycle recruiting to support multiple departments, including hourly and salaried positions.
• Creating job descriptions and specifications, and working closely with local staffing agencies and business groups to promote the company.
• Utilizing job search websites and contacting candidates directly to find the best fit for the company.
• Screening applicants and selecting the best candidates for interviews, and partnering with management to conduct interviews and select the best candidates.
• Providing support to employees in HR-related initiatives and ensuring a superior applicant and employee experience.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of recruiting experience in warehousing, distribution, and/or manufacturing. They will have proven knowledge of laws surrounding the interview process, a proven track record of innovative recruiting methods, and strong analytic skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think and plan ahead while organizing multiple projects and completing them on time.
Conditions of Employment:
The position requires a valid driver's license, a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. The work environment is a professional office setting with minimal physical effort required.
