Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence and Customer Engagement: Build strong executive customer relationships, deliver high-impact presentations with strong business objectives, and devise creative sales approaches to identify custom and industry-leading solutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Choose from T-Mobile's technology solutions that fit the business needs in your accounts, drive account planning, and construct a strong forecast.
  • Account Management: Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction, lead the customer relationship in your accounts, and resolve issues with the help of key team members.
  • Competitive Knowledge: Leverage internal networks of industry experts to strengthen your knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customer business priorities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Business Sales Experience (Required)
  • 2-4 years Prior experience leading implementations of technology projects (Required)
  • 4-7 years Prior wireless experience (Required)
