Job Overview

Salary Information

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication
  • Assist department administration in revising courses, creating new curriculum, and managing data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing walk-in inquiries
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional items
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of experience in office administration, preferably in higher education
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills
