Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Research Project Manager at Arizona Heart Rhythm Center in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will oversee clinical research activities, ensure protocol compliance, facilitate informed consent processes, conduct clinical trials, and manage research projects on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations
  • Facilitate informed consent processes, conducting thorough discussions with patients and their families
  • Conduct clinical trials, collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions
  • Oversee research projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
  2. Proven experience in clinical research, including project management and coordination
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in data management and analysis
  5. Experience with regulatory compliance and ethical standards in research

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
