About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hospital Operations Supervisor to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities.

Job Summary

The Hospital Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily hospital and nursing operations, including administrative activities outside of customary business hours. This position will collaborate with the Administrator on Call to ensure seamless communication and response to critical events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management oversight for nursing and ancillary departments during off-hours and weekends.
  • Communicate goals, objectives, accountabilities, priorities, and authority parameters to assigned staff.
  • Offer nursing consultation to unit staff, peers, medical staff, and other hospital personnel.
  • Act as the on-site administrative representative for Hospital Administration outside of customary business hours.
  • Communicate with and report to the Administrator-On-Call issues affecting hospital operations.
Fiscal Responsibility

Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by timely triage, prioritization, and repatriation of patients to provide quality patient care with efficient utilization of material and human resources.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
