Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Support Professional to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with students, educators, and support staff to provide high-quality educational services in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers and other support staff with instructional programs for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Implement behavior management strategies to create a safe and respectful classroom environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in paraprofessional or special education settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation

This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$27.50, reflecting the cost of living in Newport, NH.
