About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our national transaction and solvency opinions practice, serving commercial real estate clients. As a hybrid role, you will be part of a collaborative team that needs your expertise to facilitate growth and learning opportunities.

As a senior professional, you will lead a team of experienced professionals, develop relationships with attorneys and private equity firms, and cross-sell Colliers services. You will also work closely with our professionals to build relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in providing transaction and solvency opinions to commercial real estate clients;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including attorneys and private equity firms;
  • Cross-sell Colliers services to clients and identify new business opportunities;
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and originate revenue;
  • Recruit, manage, and develop teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Analyse complex data and develop strategic solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in M&A advisory firms;
  • Successful track record of providing fairness opinions, solvency opinions, and board advisory services;
  • Established professional network and ability to develop and maintain relationships;
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, deal structures, and financing alternatives;
  • Ability to originate revenue, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional client service;
  • Experience in recruiting and managing teams;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
