Event Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Event Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service to our guests at Little Caesars Arena. As a representative of Ilitch Sports & Entertainment, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

• Welcome and warmly greet our guests, assisting them in finding their seats and addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their visit.
• Maintain a safe and organized seating area, ensuring all guests are seated in the proper location and the area is free from hazards.
• Monitor crowd behavior, taking steps to ensure that each guest can enjoy the event without disruption from others.
• Act as the first point of contact for issues in the seating area, summoning assistance when necessary.
• Scan tickets as guests enter the arena, verifying the validity of each ticket before granting admittance.
• Guard doors and stairways, ensuring guests stay within designated areas.
• Foster positive relationships with guests, recognizing regular attendees by name when appropriate.
• Be available to work all ticketed events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Familiarize yourself with the layout, policies, and procedures of Little Caesars Arena.

• A high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service experience are required.
• Demonstrate the ability to read simple sentences, recognize similarities and differences between words, and perform basic mathematical operations.
• Show understanding of common sense, enabling you to carry out detailed instructions and deal with standardized situations.

• Work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
• Climb stairs and stand for extended periods, maintaining physical stamina throughout shifts.
• Exposure to loud noise levels and potential outside weather conditions.

Estimated Salary Range:$30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
